Description
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance, investigate discrepancies, and provide recommendations to optimize financial resources.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Taxation and Compliance: Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Prepare tax returns, manage tax filings, and support tax planning initiatives to minimize tax liabilities.
- Audit Support: Facilitate external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations. Implement audit recommendations and internal controls to enhance financial integrity and transparency.
- Financial Systems Management: Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation and integration to optimize workflow and data accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA CFA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management software, Esker, ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
