Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth and timely service.
- Process payments using the hotel’s POS system.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and grooming.
Skills and Qualification:
- Previous experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable and courteous in guest interactions
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
