- Location: Taman Desa (Preference given to the candidate if stays near to office)
- We are looking for young and dynamic candidate with zeal to learn and with good experience in using AI tools.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Handle office management tasks such as correspondence, filing, document preparation, and procurement.
- Assist with basic HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, leave tracking, and employee record management.
- Support sales activities including follow-ups with clients, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Help monitor and track project progress and operational tasks assigned by the Director.
- Attend internal and external meetings when required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive company and personal matters.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and government agencies professionally on behalf of the Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
