DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms and pricing
- Placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels to maintain efficient operations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with departments to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and new potential suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all procurement activities
- Continuously improving procurement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role,
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and using procurement software or ERP systems
- Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and cost optimization strategies
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
