- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule by planning meetings, appointments, and internal activities, ensuring efficient time allocation and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and written correspondence in a professional manner, prioritizing urgent matters and drafting replies where appropriate.
- Arrange and oversee comprehensive travel plans including flight bookings, transportation, accommodations, and complete itineraries, while also handling corporate event and conference bookings.
- Prepare and compile accurate reports, draft meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and develop well-structured presentation slides to support decision-making and business discussions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive company information, staff matters, financial data, and strategic plans, ensuring trust and discretion at all times.
- Act as the primary liaison and communication bridge between the Director and internal departments, staff members, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-ups.
