Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine administrative work, including but not limited to copying and filing documents, sending and retrieving system data, preparing spreadsheets, maintaining lists, logo and etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries and request about parking operations and programs.
- Prepare the log report on collection and display machine faults and if necessary, arrange Vendor visit for repair.
- Ensure all customer records are accurate and that confidentiality and data protection requirements are observed.
- Establishes and maintains the department's filing system.
- Assist day to day functions of the billing, charges and refund on timely manner from parking fee collection.
- Any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Secretarial or equivalent.
- Min 1 year of working experience in Office Administration. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in property development will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A team player, meticulous with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and resourceful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
