This role will be responsible to supporting and managing overall aspects of the Human Resources functions.
Planning & Staffing
- Manage and support the staffing process (i.e. recruitment, on-boarding, etc)
- Conduct induction program for new employees
Employee Relations
- Ensure that all employees are aware of the HR policies and procedures in place and respond to related inquiries
- Attend to employees' grievances and provide guidance
- Advise management on resolution of employee relations issues
- Handle disciplinary matters
- Plan and organize engagement activities for employees
Training and Development
- Maintain up-to-date training records
- Coordinates any in-house/ external/ public training
- Manage and support in HRDC applications
Payroll and HR Administration
- Support the processing of monthly payroll
- Handle HR administrative task (i.e. health insurance, parking claims, staff meals, staff leaves, etc)
- Maintain up-to-date information of employees in the HRIS
- Ensure all personnel files are kept up-to-date
- Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting/audits
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and/or have taken short courses in Human Resources OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act & Labour Laws and Grievance Procedures
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Outspoken personality- love to meet and communicate with people
- Independent, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well organized with strong time management skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
