Job Brief

To support the full spectrum of human resources and administration functions.

Roles & Responsibility

1. Supporting immediate superior in full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, payroll and employee relations.

2. Responsible in handling Leave Management & Attendance System.

3. Responsible to ensure all statutory contributions, i.e. EPF, SOCSO, STD, Zakat, and PTPTN are updated on monthly basis.

4. Responsible for the Personal File Filing and registration of employees for Staff Insurance Scheme.

5. Responsible in Administration aspects including Staff Leave Management, Stationery & Pantry Items Control and Staff Claims.

6. Responsible for the handling of all incoming and outgoing business mails or parcels.

7. Building Maintenance -regular maintenance schedule (i.e air-cond), check for any damage throughout the office building.

8. Ensure the work filings are updated monthly.

9. Responsible for PROTÉGÉ administration (hiring, filing, reporting)

10. Assist in Audit process with Finance team

11. To support immediate superior and colleague in any other assignments that were given from time to time.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or Human Resources.

2. Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or Human Resources, with at least 2 years working experience.

3. Professional Certificate in Business Administration, Business Studies or Human Resources, with minimum 5 years working experience in the relevant field.

4. Computer literate - conversant in the use of relevant work tools (e.g. MS Office).

5. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English is mandatory.

Skills

1. Knowledge in Employment Act 1955.

2. Knowledge in other relevant act (EPF, SOCSO etc.).

3. Presentation skills.

4. Planning & organizing skills.

5. Result-oriented.

6. Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
