Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist on technical aspects of projects including preparing technical document, reviewing design, authorities liaison, consultancy services monitoring, construction monitoring and contract administration
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Perform site assessment, data collection and user requirement capture on the proposed project scopes of work.
- Prepare Needs Statement, Technical Specifications and Drawings for Pre-Tender Documents compilation.
- Assist in reviewing design proposal by Consultant/Contractor.
- Assist in Tender Briefing / Site Visit and Tender Evaluation processess prior to approval.
- Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
Key Challenges
- To ensure all projects meet the required deadline for the issuance of pre-tender documentations prior to calling of tender.
- To assist the Project Management KLIA Unit and Project Management MASB Unit to ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the pre-determined time, cost and quality; concurrent with the ongoing changes, requests and requirements.

Education
External
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with relevant experience in design, construction, or project management
Unique Requirement
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DSmax or other rendering software is essential for effectively translating design concepts into tangible projects.
- Flair in design and construction.
- Knowledge in Project Management tools.
Relevant Industries
External
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering , with relavant experience in design, construction, or project management. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
