Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all architectural works in accordance with approved architectural drawings, method statement, specifications, contract requirements, local authority regulations, and general building standards to ensure quality control and proper workmanship
- Inspect and verify all materials delivered and used on site are in accordance with the approved material submissions/samples and technical specifications.
- Conduct and witness stage-by-stage testing.
- Review and interpret drawings to provide technical support in resolving design, construction issues, and discrepancies.
- Act as liaison between consultants, contractors, and developers regarding architectural works and site progress
- Prepare construction progress report
- Identify, issue report/memo/NCR regards defects, non-conformities, or unauthorized changes/materials; including following up for closure
- Assist in testing & commissioning, pre-handover, defect inspection, and post-construction certification.
- Regular site inspection to assist day-to-day construction activities, monitoring to ensure progress as per schedule
- Keep record of all relevant documents (Drawing, inspection request, instruction, site memo, NCR, material submission, email correspondence, RFI, method statements, test report, etc.)
- Attend weekly or monthly Client Consultant meeting (CCM) and site progress meeting.
- Assist in checking basic compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE).
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience in architectural supervision, preferably in high-rise or mixed development projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawing, detailing, materials, specifications, and construction methods.
- Good understanding of structural and M&E detailing
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work well with clients, all consultants, contractors, and authorities (if required).
- Proficient in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and PDF)
- Familiarity with the local authority requirements and general building standards.
- Willing to attend inspection or supervision duties after normal working hours.
- Willing to carry out any other reasonable duties/responsibilities assigned by the client or architects from time to time.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Experience in working with developers or architectural consultants is an advantage.
- Recognized qualifications by CIDB or LAM (Board of Architects Malaysia) are preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
