Job Responsibilities
- To handle credit administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects.
- To handle loan arrangements, documentation, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit admin.
- To ensure progressive payments are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.
- To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers.
- To liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to credit admin functions.
- Respond positively and professionally to customer’s enquiries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
- Prepare billing and collection report to superior.
- To handle sub-sale, refinancing, transfer of title and auction documents.
- Overall coordinator of the appointments with purchaser for the key collection with Property Management and Project team.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must at least possess a Diploma/ Degree in any relevant fields.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Property Developer industry is preferred.
- Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates who are able to fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Kota Damansara area.
