Job Summary
- Responsible for planning and implementation of operational projects, programs and improvement plans that has been assigned by the Head of Business Analyst.
- Provide consultation, recommendation and implementation on IT/Ops related matters. Supporting the COO in operational functions and activities.
- To conduct business scoping with the business users and to develop the User Requirements for sign off
- To review the documented User Requirements with the Business User and to obtain proper signed off by the Business
- Participate projects in accordance to project management principles and methodologies as business analyst roles
- Develop/Maintain/Upgrade documentation specifics to Business Analyst
- Ensure personal development for self improvement and build positive working relationships within the team
- Business Analyst skill set – such as able to document the business requirements, analyzed the requirements, etc – min 2 years
- GI domain knowledge (product development, underwriting, RI, Claims, Finance& regulatory related is added advantage)
- Experienced to work with IT technical staff (inclusive of vendors)& Business stakeholders
- Able to propose solutions or workaround
- IT technical experience would be an added advantage
- Preferably with working experience in Digital / Data Analysis projects
