We’re looking for a Sales-Driven Event Sales Manager to sell booth spaces, sponsorships, and packages for our Career Fair events. Your main goal is to bring in companies to join our events and help grow event revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell booth packages and sponsorships to employers and partners.
- Contact new leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets.
- Prepare proposals and follow up to close deals.
- Keep records of sales and client information in CRM.
- Work with the event team to ensure smooth client onboarding and setup.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (event, advertising, or B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and able to work independently.
- Confident in cold-calling and closing sales.
- Able to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
