Main Purpose
To drive delegate revenue and deliver a seamless attendee experience by owning lead generation across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and cold calls; converting prospects into paid seats; and coordinating operational execution for other Room of Leaders events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
- Source, segment, and enrich HR/L&D contact lists.
- Plan and execute email blast campaigns (A/B subject lines, CTAs).
- Set up WhatsApp broadcast lists and message sequences.
- Coordinate LinkedIn organic and paid outreach with Marketing.
2. Multichannel Prospect Engagement
- Send tailored LinkedIn invites and voice notes daily.
- Run cold‑call blocks for target accounts; document outcomes in CRM.
- Respond to inbound WhatsApp and email inquiries within 1 hour SLA.
3. Delegate Sales & Revenue
- Qualify Marketing‑Qualified Leads into SQLs, book discovery calls.
- Close individual and table‑seat sales; guide clients through HRD‑Corp claims.
- Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets.
4. Operations Coordination
- Sync paid‑delegate lists with registration & badging team.
- Ensure dietary, accessibility, and payment data are accurate.
- Provide on‑site support to guarantee flawless delegate journey.
5. Reporting & Optimisation
- Maintain dashboard on channel ROI, pipeline velocity, and revenue.
- Track UTM performance; propose experiments to cut cost per lead.
- Present weekly insights to Growth and Production directors.
Skills & Qualities Needed
- Strong copywriting for email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Proven cold‑calling experience and objection‑handling skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce) and spreadsheet fluency.
- Data‑driven mindset; able to analyse open %, click %, cost per deal.
- Event‑day calm: thrives under tight timelines and live‑event pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
