Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campus career fairs.
- Engage with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to establish partnerships.
- Support sales efforts by reaching out to potential sponsors and exhibitors for career events.
- Handle event logistics, including venue setup, registration, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote career fairs through digital marketing and social media.
- Maintain records of event partners, sponsors, and participating companies.
- Provide on-ground support during career fairs to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Passionate about event planning, sales, and building partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Willing to travel to different campuses for event coordination.
