Job Vacancy: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the digital commerce industry. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in online business are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost online sales.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
