Job Scope:
You’ll be involved in real operations and gain practical experience in:
- Managing product listings & content on Shopee and TikTok Shop
- Handling customer chats, order management & returns
- Coordinating with logistics team
- Supporting daily promotional activities & campaign submissions
- Monitoring shop performance & competitor analysis
- Assisting with TikTok affiliate and content creator coordination
Who We’re Looking For:
- Students in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields
- Strong interest in online business & digital marketing
- Responsible, detail-oriented & willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of Shopee/TikTok Shop is a plus
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin is a bonus)
