About the Role:
We are looking for a Remote E-commerce & Marketplace Manager to oversee the full operations of our online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. This role is remote-based and open to talents located anywhere in Southeast Asia, offering flexibility while contributing to the growth of a fast-moving and premium pet food brand.
You will manage day-to-day operations, implement platform marketing strategies, coordinate with customer service, and optimize store performance across multiple online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management & Store Operations:
- Run e-commerce stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify end-to-end.
- Ensure up-to-date product listings, accurate pricing, and timely inventory sync.
- Coordinate with platform account managers to unlock opportunities and campaigns.
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Drive platform-specific promotions, campaigns, and advertising strategies.
- Implement onsite and offsite marketing efforts to increase traffic and conversion.
- Monitor trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine campaigns.
Customer Service & Experience:
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews directly on e-commerce platforms.
- Resolve post-sale issues in coordination with fulfillment and logistics teams.
- Ensure positive customer experiences aligned with the brand's tone and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and online campaigns.
- Experience in end-to-end e-commerce operations including customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
