E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Store Management

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce/Shopify).
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, stock levels, and product content (titles, images, descriptions).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels.

2. Promotions & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute campaigns for 11.11, 12.12, Raya, Merdeka, and platform-specific mega sales.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers to participate in flash sales, vouchers, and campaigns.
• Set up and manage discount codes, bundles, and cross-sell opportunities.

3. Marketing Support

• Work with digital marketing team to run paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Assist with EDM (email marketing), TikTok content, and influencer collaboration tracking.
• Apply SEO best practices for product descriptions and metadata.

4. Customer Experience

• Monitor reviews, inquiries, and customer messages on marketplaces.
• Liaise with the customer service team to resolve online shopping-related issues (returns, refunds, order tracking).
• Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI for each platform.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for internal review.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail or baby product categories.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, and TikTok Shop Seller Tools.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with local logistics providers (Ninja Van, J&T, etc.).
• Interest in baby products, parenting trends, or early childhood development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
