Mandarin speaker. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Minimum education level of Primary School completion.
Responsibility
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal to maximize sales conversion.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the mom and baby sector.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
Manage customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and positive reviews.
Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising, to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms and increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely order fulfillment, manage inventory levels, and optimize logistics to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify areas for improvement and optimize e-commerce performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
