Scope of Work
- Technical Drawing & Design
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for telecommunication infrastructure (e.g., fiber routes, poles, manholes, chambers, towers, cabinets).
- Develop and update as-built drawings, schematic diagrams, and layout plans for telecommunication line installation.
- Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and telecommunication authority requirements
- ELASIS Submission Support
- Assist in preparing and formatting layout plans and documents for ELASIS submission (e.g., route map,etc)
- Traffic Management Plan (TMP)
- Design TMP drawings to support permit applications for trenching, road crossings, or pole erections.
- Ensure TMPs include clear road signage, work zone safety layout, pedestrian paths, and are compliant with JKR or local authority standards.
- Survey Coordination
- Work with survey teams to convert GPS data or site sketches into digital drawings.
- Digitize and overlay field survey data onto base plans.
- Document Management & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of drawing revisions and updates.
- Archive drawings and documents following internal and client standards.
- Support project teams with drawing prints and softcopies as required.
- Liaise with planning team to gather information and confirm drawing details.
- Attend meetings for drawing reviews, updates, or authority submission coordination.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all drawings reflect actual site conditions and meet client specifications.
- Adhere to quality control procedures before drawings are released for construction or submission.
- Can support ad hoc work
Tools & Software
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- ELASIS platform, TMP drawing templates
Requirement:

2.Can work in a team
3.Able to travel when needed only
4.Posses own transport with valid D License
5.Must be no health issue
6.Knowledge In Telecomunication Work in Fiber&Tower (added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
