Job Overview:
We are assisting reputable public healthcare institutions in Singapore to recruit Resident Physicians (RPs). This opportunity is ideal for foreign-trained doctors—especially those with experience in Malaysia—who are seeking to advance their clinical career in Singapore’s dynamic hospital environment. RPs play a vital role in managing patient care independently and may also supervise junior staff. There are clear pathways to progress into higher positions based on qualifications and performance.
Job Description:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients in public hospital settings
- Operate with greater independence than Clinical Associates
- Supervise and guide junior medical staff where required
- Work in various hospital departments (including Emergency Medicine if qualified)
- Engage in hospital-based clinical work and ongoing professional development
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience post-Medical Officer (MO) qualification
- Preferably trained in Malaysia
- MBBS/MD must be recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
- Strong foundation in clinical skills and keen interest in hospital practice
- Emergency Medicine experience is highly valued; eligible for Emergency Department roles
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic monthly salary starting from SGD 6,500 (commensurate with experience)
- Housing allowance: SGD 1,500/month
- Annual bonuses: AWS (13th-month) and performance bonus
- Final compensation will be determined by the employer and outlined in the offer letter
Relocation Package:
- Inbound airfare for employee, spouse, and up to 3 children (below 18 years)
- Temporary hotel accommodation provided (up to SGD 230/night, maximum 13 nights)
- Settling-in allowance: SGD 1,000 (individual) or SGD 2,000 (with dependents)
- Reimbursement for shipment of personal effects (up to SGD 2,200)
