Location: Kuala Lumpur (reachable by MRT at TRX)
Working Hour: Mon -Fri, 830am-530pm
Job scope:
1. Perform checks on the documentation for New Business after ALs have approved the proposals.
2. Respond to outbound telephone calls, identify, meet and exceed caller’s expectations in a timely manner. Provide an excellent customer service experience consistently and giving the accurate response in accordance with agreed service standards.
3.Collaborate with stakeholders in the continual improvement of processes to deliver pre and post-transaction survey call outcome.
4. Promptly and accurately complete all related administrative activities, in accordance with relevant service standards and to the customers’ satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Fresh grad is welcome to apply
2. Able to speak fluent in English, BM and Mandarin
Job Types: Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
