Job Scope Summary:
To lead the hotel’s digital marketing efforts, ensuring strong online presence, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic use of digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and engaging user experience.
- Manage social media channels, creating content calendars and engaging with followers.
- Monitor and analyse online performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
- Manage online advertising budgets, including Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Coordinate with design teams for digital creatives (banners, videos, animations).
- Respond to online reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
