We’re hiring! Join our fast-paced automotive team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This role is focused on attracting new car buyers, supporting the sales team, and executing integrated online and offline campaigns, including roadshow activations. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu
- Work closely with sales consultants to produce engaging content: customer handovers, reels, testimonial videos, before-after showcases
- Launch and manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and lead generation campaigns for new car promotions
- Build effective WhatsApp marketing flows for lead follow-up and conversion tracking
Performance Marketing
- Monitor ad performance and optimize CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
- Track and report campaign KPIs: new leads, test drives, bookings, and unit sales
- Support monthly and quarterly sales campaigns and seasonal promos
Roadshow & Event Planning
- Plan and execute roadshows, mall activations, outdoor displays, and weekend test drive events
- Coordinate with vendors, sales team, and event crews for booth setup and logistics
- Ensure smooth execution and lead capture during events
- Collaborate with sales team to follow up on post-roadshow leads and feedback
Offline Marketing & In-Store Activities
- Prepare marketing materials: flyers, buntings, posters, banners
- Support walk-in promotions, showroom activities, launch events
- Work with frontliners to deliver consistent messaging and campaign branding
Brand Awareness & Influencer Support
- Support influencer collaborations, giveaways, and digital PR efforts
- Stay updated on market trends, customer interests, and competitor campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years' digital marketing experience, preferably in automotive or retail
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads; XiaoHongShu experience is a bonus
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and basic video/photo editing tools
- Strong copywriting ability in English and Malay
- Self-motivated, creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about cars, digital engagement, and customer marketing

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
