Here are the responsibilities:
- Prior experience in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
- To consult and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout the 1 year journey.
- To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the Sales & Digital Marketing field.
- Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Tiktok ads, or other social media ad platforms.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
- To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship
- To organize, update, and maintain records of the client database and progress reports.
- To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.
- Responsible for Marketing activities and other Branding-related tasks for the products/brands in charge. (event, livestream…)
- Develop, manage and monitor content on social media and help to create marketing content for social media outreach purposes and in campaign microsites and social applications (e.g. Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Desired skills & requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any equivalent courses.
- Important - At least 1-3 years of experience in the digital marketing/ sales/ business/ client engagement field.
- To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
