Job Description
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
a) Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, tiktok and etc.).
b) Support the team in editing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that aligns with local trends and our brand identity.
c) Create marketing visuals and posters using tools like Canva.
d) Assist in researching and brainstorming content ideas for blogs, articles, and social media
e) Conduct research on current digital marketing trends and competitor activities within the local Malaysian market.
f) Assist in monitoring social media performance and compiling simple reports.
2. Lead Generation Support:
a) Learn to monitor and manage digital lead generation forms (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, website contact forms).
b) Assist in the initial sorting and qualifying of digital leads before they are passed to the sales team.
3. General Support:
a) Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
b) Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. An active user of social media with a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Strong multilingual skills are a key advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
4. Basic-to-intermediate skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing (CapCut, InShot) are highly preferred.
5. A curious, creative, and proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
6. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
