We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take on a unique hybrid role that combines digital marketing strategy with administrative support for our client in the financial advisory industry.
What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing & Creative Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms and blogs to boost brand visibility.
- Create engaging social media content, including captions, visuals, and short-form posts.
- Manage and respond to website enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
Administrative & Client Support
- Update and maintain clients’ financial portfolio consolidations using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Submit medical claims via portals and emails, and process administrative changes to policies (e.g., change of particulars, investment fund switches).
- Communicate with clients on updates and outstanding requirements for ongoing matters.
- Coordinate client review appointments, manage client databases, and support events or gift arrangements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong digital marketing background with experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken—with strong copywriting ability.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in finance or insurance administration is an advantage.

- Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Sat: 10 AM – 1 PM (optional but preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
