Key Responsibilities:• Drive resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues hindering our applications and systems.• Collaborate for success: Partner with Customer Support and development teams to rapidly identify, diagnose, and fix software problems.• Optimize and secure: Manage system updates, patches, and changes with a focus on security and compliance standards.• Proactively improve: Analyze application and system performance to spot trends, pinpoint issues, and suggest enhancements that boost reliability.• Empower your teams: Deliver training sessions to Customer Support and stakeholders, increasing their technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.• Innovate with us: Contribute your technical expertise in the development and launch of new applications and systems.• Stay ahead of issues: Manage and optimize monitoring and alerting systems (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) for lightning-fast incident response.• Document for clarity: Meticulously track and record all support activities to streamline knowledge sharing and alignment with ITIL best practices.• Adaptable schedule: This is a shift-based role, including weekends, to ensure round-the-clock system support.• Adapt and optimize: Support both containerized and classic monolithic deployments, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration within our technology stack. Master containers and orchestration Oversee containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless scaling, management, and high availability.• Legacy system expertise: Troubleshoot and maintain legacy applications, providing continuity and support during modernization efforts.
