Key areas of responsibility
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Drive overall company performance across departments (SW Engineering, Production, Sales).
- Set and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.
- Act as a key liaison between senior management and functional teams.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth coordination between production, R&D, and sales teams.
- Optimize internal processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement KPIs and performance tracking for teams.
3. Engineering & Production Oversight
- Work closely with software and hardware engineering leads to monitor development timelines and quality.
- Coordinate with production to manage schedules, output quality, and supply chain issues.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, RF calibration procedures, and product testing protocols.
4. Sales & Customer Support
- Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate pre- and post-sales support with engineering and operations.
- Guide pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
5. Human Resource & Talent Management
- Mentor department heads and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead hiring for key roles; build team capacity for scale.
- Resolve conflicts and align team efforts with company culture.
6. Budgeting & Compliance
- Oversee budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g., employment, import/export, manufacturing), ISO standards, and internal policies.
Job Requirements
- 10–15 years experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing / embedded systems.
- Experience managing cross-border or regional teams.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin a plus
- Exposure to RF/WiFi/firmware integration is a big advantage.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
