**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Formatting Assistant to support our publishing and website management tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to format and export documents accurately. Basic knowledge of WordPress and technical tools will be an added advantage.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform accurate data entry and document processing.
- Export and format files in Microsoft Word and PDF.
- Ensure consistency in formatting (headings, tables, figures, references).
- Assist in website content updates using WordPress.
- Handle basic technical and administrative support tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing speed.
- Experience in exporting and formatting documents.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and web-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
