Job Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and other departments
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Supporting other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Job Requirement
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
