- Perform admin tasks, data entry, and filing
- Handle emails, phone calls, inquiries and visitors
- Support daily operations and any assigned tasks\
- Ensure all information is entered and stored in compliance with company policies
- Assist with documentation, and report generation
Job Requirement:
- SPM or Diploma holder (any field)
- Minimum 1 year of admin clerk experience; fresh graduates are welcome
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English and Malay (Mandarin is priority)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and work independently
- Able to multitask and handle simple cleaning or monitoring when needed
- Friendly and good communication skills
- Must be Malaysian
