JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Daily eKYC Reviews
- Conduct onboarding reviews of new users in accordance with internal SOPs and AML/CFT
guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate case handling to meet daily processing and alert timelines.
Ensure Compliance with Quality and Productivity Targets
- Meet productivity benchmarks and quality assurance (QA) standards as set by the team.
- Complete and file Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports where applicable, and submit for
senior management approval.
Name Screening & Risk Assessment
- Conduct name screening against MOHA and UNCSR lists.
- Identify and escalate any true hits or high-risk users, including Politically Exposed Persons
(PEPs), users from high-risk countries, those with adverse news, or under sanctions.
- Report findings to the Compliance team as required.
Document Verification & Due Diligence
- Review KYC information and supporting documents to ensure completeness, credibility, and
alignment with company policy.
- Perform due diligence checks on flagged users.
Internal & External Communication
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams and stakeholders when follow-up is required.
Support & Other Tasks
- Assist Assistant Manager/Manager or Head of AML/CFT Unit on any AML/CFT-related projects
or tasks.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience in the financial services or
fintech industry is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of AML/CFT laws, regulations, and eKYC operational processes
Familiarity with e-money products is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to perform basic analysis using
formulas, with PivotTable skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, as the role operates in a fully digital
environment
WORK ARRANGEMENT
- Training Period (2 months): Monday to Saturday (6 working days)
- Post-training (upon independence): Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to
Thursday — based on team schedule and alignment
WORKING HOURS
- Standard working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Flexible start time allowed up to 10:00 AM, with the latest end time at 7:00 PM

Pay: RM1,300.48 - RM3,000.00 per month
