Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates; internship or exposure to fintech or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations, eKYC processes, and e-money products is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (e.g. PivotTable, formulas)
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative
- Able to attend a physical interview in Bangsar South
- Willing to work 6 days/week during 2-month training (Mon–Sat, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Open to a 1-year contract arrangement
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct eKYC onboarding review according to SOP & compliance regulations (AML/CFT)
- Perform name screening, document verification, and risk assessments
- Escalate high-risk cases or users with adverse information (e.g., PEPs, sanctions)
- Ensure timely and accurate case handling to meet daily KPIs
- Communicate with internal teams when follow-up is required
- Support projects or tasks assigned by the AML/CFT team
