Role Summary:
We're looking for a Data Entry Assistant to maintain information on our database system. You will perform data verification and collect the information from different sources and enter into our database system to keep and maintain up-to-date information in our systems.
Also, data entry must verify and correct data to maintain the data accuracy, up-to-date information in our systems.
What you'll do:
- Enter information from the data source in database system
- To provide accurate processing, data entry and reports
- Verify and correct data entry errors by comparing it to source documents
- Organize paperwork after entering data, prepare relevant reports
- Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned

More about you:
- We welcome applicants with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- You have essential data entry skills, like fast typing and good in capturing details and familiarity with spreadsheets online
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to type quickly
- Good to have some data entry experience or related office experience current/prior
