Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone looking to gain experience in sales and customer service, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and create interest in client offerings
- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system
- Meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs set by the team leader
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply – full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking over the phone
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
