Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests, exceptions, and inquiries related to package pick-up and deliveries.
- Promote the products and services while responding to customer questions, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Show a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Communicate confidently and courteously with customers via telephone.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt quickly to changes.
