Location: Petaling Jaya, Section 16 (Walking distance from MRT Phileo Damansara Station)
Salary & Allowances
Basic Salary: RM2,400 – RM3,000
Language Allowance (Mandarin): RM500/month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM300/month
Quarterly KPI Allowance: RM400 – RM1,800/month
Working Hours
24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 rotational off days)
Shift hours:
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 2:00pm – 11:00pm
- 10:30pm – 7:30am
Job Description
- Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding digital banking products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
- Meet monthly KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Provide empathetic and effective support
- Handle inquiries related to online/mobile banking and other digital platforms
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inbound CS (Banking/Finance/e-Wallet/Payment Gateway) is preferred
- Candidates with 3–4 years of inbound call center experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are welcome
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) are required
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer handling experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high call/chat/email volume
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Familiar with digital banking products
- Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
