For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a BPO company based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (15 mins walking distance to LRT).
Basic Salary: up to RM 2,300
Working Days/Hours: 5 days work, 2 days off, rotational shift
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluently communicating and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend to and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email or live chat
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
