Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
- Promote our services and products with confidence and care
- Handle order processing, complaints, returns, and feedback
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up using CRM tools
- Coordinate with the Pitstop team and escalate complex issues when needed
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate or Diploma
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and maintain a positive attitude
- Team spirit and adaptability to fast-paced environments
