Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
Job Description:
- Attend to and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email, or live chat.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Make direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
