Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on shipment, booking, and documentation matters.
- Provide updates on shipment status and ensure any service issues are resolved efficiently.
- Coordinate with operations and customs declaration teams.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping instructions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Assist with internal system updates and data entry.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry preferred.
- Strong command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: ْْUp to RM 4, 000
Monthly Allowance: RM200–RM300 (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Saturday (alternate): 8.30am – 12.30pm
