We are looking for a responsible and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our team. This position is open to both male and female candidates. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to customers when needed
- Attend to walk-in or scheduled customer visits and enquiries
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic customer queries
- Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, filing, document handling)
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image
