Key Responsibilities
- Educating patients such as explanation of procedure and product package
- Schedule patients’ appointment for checkups & surgeries.
- Occasionally assist in marketing activities such as roadshows & carnival.
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma holder with 1-3 years relevant experience
- Min 1-3 years customer service experience or related experience
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking patients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
