Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate & driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include optimizing the customer journey to drive conversions and revenue growth, identifying and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, building relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate information to support the sales process. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification and Management: Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels (e.g., online forms, events, referrals) and ensuring they meet specific criteria for sales engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Process Optimization: Working with other teams to optimize the sales process, including lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and closing.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking key metrics, analyzing sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams to align on sales goals and strategies.
- Follow Up: Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years experience in a customer service; sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- Possess strong interest working in financial markets.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
