Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Support Customer Service Team. This role involves managing customer interactions across Voice (Inbound Calls) and Non-Voice (Email, Social Media & WhatsApp) channels for healthcare-related inquiries.
You will be the frontline liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication, accurate information sharing, and smooth appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to medical services, hospitals, clinics, and specialists via Voice and Non-Voice channels.
- Manage inquiries related to appointment booking, general inquiries, emergency calls, complaints
- Schedule and coordinate appointments according to doctor/specialist availability.
- Gather required information from customers and respond with accurate guidance based on system checks and hospital policies.
- Serve as the bridge between patients and hospitals, ensuring smooth communication and professional handling of requests.
Working Hours:
- Operation Hours: 24 hours
- Working Days: Monday – Sunday
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,000.00
- KPI Incentive: RM500.00
- Language Allowance: RM300.00 (only if applicable)
- Attendance Allowance: RM100.00
