Customer Service Executive
Working Day/ Hour / Location
Monday to Friday, 9.30AM to 6PM
Axis Technology Centre, Petaling Jaya
Job Summary
In line with corporate strategic direction and support of the company missions, the Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective handling of inquiries and complaints. This role involves managing customers' Autoship and regular orders, overseeing product complaints and returns, and ensuring accurate inventory levels. The Customer Service Executive also ensures accurate member database information, maintains office facilities, and upholds a safe and efficient working environment. Additionally, the role includes ensuring proper storage conditions for all products to maintain quality and integrity. The Customer Service Executive supports overall frontline operations, contributing to a smooth and effective customer service experience.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and direct selling industry experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to providing excellent service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary/ Others
- Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
