3) Fax quotation
4) Dispatch and file the quotation into the master file quotation together with the checklist and individual customer file
5) Filing sales master file purchase order
6) Filing sales amendment master and invoice
7) Ensure all contract review documents are maintained and updated
8) Key in offset purchase order registration master list
9) Key in daily transport report
10) Control Stock
11) Input data into ERP (in Mandarin version)
