Responsibilities & Task:
- To liaise with the production Department and customer to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time.
- To confirm and feedback to customers regarding delivery date and quantity of goods.
- To confirm the outstanding orders with customers where goods have been produced but yet to be delivered.
- To prepare daily delivery schedule or reschedule delivery schedule as and when required.
- To follow up and assist sales personnel to attend to customer’s inquiry and complain.
- To follow up with sales amendments on customer’s request for alteration of order.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience.
- Able to communicate and understand 中文, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Penang, Nibong Tebal.
- Basic Computer knowledge and Microsoft is required.
